Care:
Due to the nature of PLA, we recommend using these coasters with cold drinks only. They are not dishwasher safe. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid exposure to high temperatures.

As each piece is 3D printed especially for you, small layer lines and slight variations are a normal part of the printing process.

Returns

As many of our products are made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us and we'll help make it right.

Processing & Shipping

Most Sipsy Studio pieces are made to order in our Queensland studio. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for your order to be made before shipping.

Ready-to-ship products may be dispatched sooner.

We ship Australia-wide. Delivery time is additional to our processing time and you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
