Shipping policy

Processing Times

Many of our pieces are made to order right here in our Queensland studio. Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.

Ready-to-ship items may be sent sooner. If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products, your order will generally be shipped together once everything is ready.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the options available for your order.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are separate from our processing time.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider, transit times are outside of our control. Delays can occasionally happen, particularly during busy periods.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Damaged Orders

We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

Need your order by a certain date?

If you're ordering for a birthday, gift or special occasion, please contact us before placing your order. We'll let you know whether we're able to have it ready in time.
